LEADERSHIP BOOKS
Insightful books for anyone leading people
Selecting books on leadership is more difficult than it may seem. Leadership books written by athletes, celebrities, industry moguls, and politicians are widely disseminated, but very few of these books offer content that can be repeated and applied to other contexts. This is an important threshold for our list because the actions of those in leadership positions are held to the highest standards based on the results of their actions. Accendotal materials have value for personal reflection and historical context. The books we recommend to peers most often are books based on research and scholarship more often than any other format of book in the leadership studies category.
